3. Non-Refundable Services
- All fees paid for our services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final and cannot be returned. This includes any advance payments for ongoing or future services.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in a suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials required for the execution of our services. Delays in providing this information may affect the agreed timelines.
- You agree to cooperate with us and respond to communications promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the materials and content created by B2E Info Tech as part of the services shall remain the property of B2E Info Tech until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of any original materials or content created specifically for you will transfer to you.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of the agreement.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are still responsible for any outstanding payments and fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
- B2E Info Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and the service agreement shall be governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of the agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
